🐵 Audi A6 Mmi Not Working

2012 Audi a6 3.0 Replaced the sensor up front that wasn't buzzing. The camera came back on for about 30 seconds and now wont turn on when in reverse. I purchased the back up horn that I believe is located in the front not the back like previous year cars. Does anyone know how to replace this or any other options on fixing the issue. Thanks!
